Google Play Console Terms of Service

BeautifulDinajpur is distributed through Google Play Store and is subject to the Google Play Console Terms of Service and the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement (DDA).

Applicable Terms

Your use of this app and our presence on Google Play is governed by Google LLC (and affiliated entities) Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age and of legal age in your country to use this app. By downloading and using BeautifulDinajpur, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Usage Information & Account Management

When you interact with BeautifulDinajpur through Google Play and our services:

• Google collects Usage Information about your interactions with the app
• We collect device information, usage patterns, and performance metrics
• This information helps us improve the app and provide better services
• Usage data may be shared with authorized account owners for app management purposes
• All data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy

Developer Account Management

• The developer (Account Owner) is responsible for managing the Developer Account
• Console Users authorized by the Account Owner may have access to certain functions
• All Usage Information associated with the app is retained with the Developer Account
• If the app is transferred to a new Developer Account, all associated Usage Information transfers with it

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app beyond its intended functionality
• Engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activity or abusive behavior
• Disable, interfere with, reverse engineer, or circumvent any aspect of the app or services
• Access any other Google product or service in violation of their terms of service
• Attempt to bypass security measures or engage in unauthorized access

Modification and Termination

• Google Play or Sujan Prodhan (ButterflyDevs) may modify, discontinue, or limit access to any feature at any time
• We will provide reasonable advance notice for significant changes when possible
• We may update these Terms with notice - changes become effective 30 days after posting (except for urgent changes)
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms
• Google Play or developer may terminate access for violations of these Terms or Google Play policies
• If you do not agree with modifications, you may discontinue use of the app

Data Retention & Termination

• Usage data is retained as long as your app account or Developer Account is active
• Changes in your access or user login status do not affect retention of Usage Information
• Upon account termination, data handling follows Google Play policies and applicable laws

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of BeautifulDinajpur are governed by the laws applicable through the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, and disputes shall be resolved according to those terms. The governing law and jurisdiction set forth in the Google Play DDA applies to all claims arising out of or relating to this app and your relationship with Sujan Prodhan (ButterflyDevs) and Google.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Play Console Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and both Google and Sujan Prodhan (ButterflyDevs). These terms completely replace any prior agreements relating to this app. In case of conflicts, the most specific applicable terms will take precedence.
